29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met: 400 5th St., Utica, NE 68456 (2nd Bay) - The employer did not develop or implement a written hazard communication program meeting the minimum requirements specified in this subpart. The company does not have a program in any capacity. Employees were using chemicals including, but not limited to; motor oil. Abatement certification is required for this violation. The abatement certification sheet is enclosed with this citation.
