29 CFR 1910.119(j)(2): The employer did not establish written procedures to maintain the on-going integrity of process equipment: a) Establishment -The employer did not establish written procedures for the inspections of production equipment including, but not limited to pumps, valves, pipes, vessesls. On or about 2/8/12. b) Establishment - The employer did not establish written procedures for job tasks including, but not limited to the removing, replacing, adjusting, cleaning, or opening of process equipment. On or about 2/8/12. c) Establishment - The employer did not establish written procedures for defrosting process equipment including, but not limited to PRVs, compressors, valves, cleaning condenser tubes, pump defrost for required inspections per IIAR B110. On or about 2/8/12. NOTE: THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
