29 CFR 1910.1025(e)(4)(i): When ventilation was used to control exposure to lead, measurements of the system's effectiveness were not conducted within five days of a change in production, process, or control which could result in a change in employee exposure: a) Shooting Range: On or about September 13, 2024, the employer failed to take measurements, such as capture velocity, duct velocity, or static pressure, to ensure the effectiveness of the hygiene vent system, within five days of a change in the controls which could result in employees exposure to inorganic lead in excess of the permissible exposure limit (PEL) of 50 �g/m^3 ranging from 61.11 �g/m^3 - 109.58 �g/m^3.
