29 CFR 1926.416(a)(1):The employer permitted employees to work in close proximity to energized, unguarded, and ungrounded electric power circuits that the employee could contact in the course of their work. a) Jobsite: 2250 E Cambria St, Philadelphia, PA 19134 - On or about August 17, 2024, the employer exposed employees installing a brick facade on a 3-story residential building to electrical hazards by permitting them to work in proximity to a 13.2kv primary overhead power line without ensuring its circuit was effectively guarded.
