29 CFR 1915.77(c): When employees were working aloft, or elsewhere at elevations more than 5 feet above a solid surface, the employer did not provide either scaffolds or a sloping ladder, meeting the requirements of Subpart E-Scaffolds, Ladders, and Other Working Surfaces, to afford safe footing, and the employees were not protected by safety belts and lifelines meeting the requirements of 1915.159 and 1915.160: Bldg 31C20T, Temporary Fabric Shelter, LCAC-90 under the cockpit star bird side frame 4: On or before January 25, 2024, an employee was working approximately 3 feet from an unguarded edge. The employer did not provide either a scaffold, sloping ladder, ladder, other working surfaces to afford safe footing and/or protect employee(s) by provided safety belts and lifelines. Employee(s) were potentially exposed to an approximately 81.5-inch fall hazard.
