29 CFR 1910.305(b)(2)(i): Pull boxes, junction boxes, and fittings were not provided with covers approved for the purpose: (a) Button up Department: On or about 11/16/2023 and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to electrical shock hazards, in that a junction box was not covered leaving electrical wires within reach of employees as they worked in the area. In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET).
