29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where the eyes or body of any person may be exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body shall be provided within the work area for immediate emergency use. On or about November 7, 2023, to March 7, 2024, at an establishment located at 724 South Industrial Drive in Waupaca, Wisconsin; the employer did not provide suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body within the work area of the spray finishing room, exposing employees to permanent eye damage from the corrosive wood finishing chemicals they were spraying.
