29 CFR 1910.303(h)(3): Energized parts of electric equipment rated over 600 volts, nominal, were exposed and the minimum clear work space was less than 3 feet wide (measured parallel to the equipment): (a) Maintenance Uniform Storage: Employees were exposed to shock hazards due to not maintaining three (3) feet or more of workspace in front of 2400-volt switch gear, on or about June 19, 2023. Abatement certification required.
