29 CFR 1910.1025(c)(1) as referenced in 29 CFR 1915.1025: Employee(s) were exposed to lead at concentrations greater than fifty micrograms per cubic meter of air averaged over an eight-hour period: Location: 100 Military Ocean Terminal Street. Bayonne, NJ 07002 a) On June 26, 2023, An employee performing abrasive sand blasting operations in an empty salt water storage tank was exposed to respirable lead concentrations of 103 micrograms per cubic meter of air, as an 8-Hour Time Weighted Average, exceeding the Permissible Exposure Limit (PEL) of 50 micrograms per cubic meter of air by 2.06 times. Zero exposure was assumed for the unsampled period of 230 minutes. Violation occurred on or around June 26, 2023.
