In that, cords were observed with damaged outer sheath covers, splices, damaged covered with electrical tape, separated from the strain relief, knotted, unmounted hanging from the ceiling, installed through wall holes, and daisy chained. b: At 911 - B Rivo Place Tarpon Springs, Florida; On or about March 8, 2023, at the welding department, power and flexible cords used to energize equipment and hand tools such as grinders, light fixtures, welding systems. In that, cords were observed with damaged outer sheath covers, splices, deformed, damaged covered with electrical tape, separated from the strain relief, knotted, missing knockouts, unmounted on the floor, installed through wall holes, and daisy chained.
