29 CFR 1910.272(g)(2): When entering the grain storage structure from a level at or above the level of the stored grain, employees did not wear a body harness with lifeline, or use a boatswain's chair that met the requirements of Subpart D of this part: Littlejohn Grain, Inc. - Westfield, Illinois: On or about February 21, 2023, employees were exposed to engulfment hazards in Grain Bin #13 at depth ranging from 10-30 feet, and the employer had not equipped the employees with a body harness and lifeline, when employees entered Grain Bin #13 from above the level of stored soybeans.
