29 CFR 1910.136(a): The employer did not ensure that each affected employee used protective footwear when working in areas where there was a danger of foot injuries due to falling or rolling objects, or objects piercing the sole, and where such employee's feet were exposed to electrical hazards: a) At 4895 Old Louisville Road, Garden City, GA 31408 in Warehouses 1 and 2, and the Lot: On or about December 16, 2022, and times prior to, the employer exposed employees to crush hazards, in that protective shoes were not required for employees to wear throughout the warehouse.
