29 CFR 1910.147(c)(7)(i): The employer did not provide adequate training to ensure that the purpose and function of the energy control program was understood by employees: (a) Mechanical Room: On November 18, 2022, employee(s) were exposed to struck-by and/or electrical hazards of the energy sources of the Trane/York Chillers and the 480-volt electrical cabinets for the boilers. Maintenance technician who performed maintenance and electrical work were not provided training on proper energy control methods and means for eliminating hazards.
