29 CFR 1910.305(b)(2)(i): Pull boxes, junction boxes, and fittings were not provided with covers approved for the purpose. Each outlet box in completed installations did not have a cover, faceplate, or fixture canopy: (a) Grind - Department 3 - A junction box containing live wiring, on the rear of the far right Admiral double end spindle stand abrasive belt grinder, had no cover, exposing employees to the hazard of contact with electrical current, on or about October 27, 2022. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and state employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
