29 CFR 1910.303(f)(2): Each service, feeder, and branch circuit, at its disconnecting means or overcurrent device, was not legibly marked to indicate its purpose, nor located and arranged so the purpose was evident: a) Wheelhouse/Breaker 3 - On or about July 20, 2022, and times prior thereto, a 20 AMP circuit breaker was observed in electrical panel labeled Wheel House Fuse Box. The circuit breaker was not labeled to indicate its purpose nor was it arranged so the purpose was evident, exposing employees to electrical hazards. b) Wheelhouse/Breaker 4 - On or about July 20, 2022, and times prior thereto, a 20 AMP circuit breaker was observed in electrical panel labeled Wheel House Fuse Box. The circuit breaker was not labeled to indicate its purpose nor was it arranged so the purpose was evident, exposing employees to electrical hazards. c) Wheelhouse/Breaker 16 - On or about July 20, 2022, and times prior thereto, a 60 AMP circuit breaker was observed in electrical panel labeled Wheel House Fuse Box. The circuit breaker was not labeled to indicate its purpose nor was it arranged so the purpose was evident, exposing employees to electrical hazards. d) Wheelhouse/Breaker 20 - On or about July 20, 2022, and times prior thereto, a 20 AMP circuit breaker was observed in electrical panel labeled Wheel House Fuse Box. The circuit breaker was not labeled to indicate its purpose nor was it arranged so the purpose was evident, exposing employees to electrical hazards. e) Laundry Room/Breaker 19 - On or about July 20, 2022, and times prior thereto, a 20 AMP circuit breaker was observed in the on position in an electrical panel. The circuit breaker was not labeled to indicate its purpose and was not arranged so the purpose was evident, exposing employees to electrical hazards. f) Forward Cold Storage/Breakers Throughout - On or about September 29, 2022, and times prior thereto, circuit breakers were observed without labeling to indicate their purpose nor were they arranged so the purpose was evident, exposing employees to electrical hazards. g) Engine Room/Breaker 14 - On or about October 2, 2022, and times prior thereto, a 20 AMP circuit breaker was observed in the on position in an electrical panel. The circuit breaker was not labeled to indicate its purpose and was not arranged so the purpose was evident, exposing employees to electrical hazards. h) Stateroom 8/Breaker 11 - On or about October 25, 2022, and times prior thereto, a 20 AMP circuit breaker was observed in the on position in an electrical panel. The circuit breaker was not labeled to indicate its purpose and was not arranged so the purpose was evident, exposing employees to electrical hazards. i) Stateroom 8/Breaker 20 - On or about October 25, 2022, and times prior thereto, a 20 AMP circuit breaker was observed installed in an electrical panel and was not labeled to indicate its purpose and was not arranged so the purpose was evident, exposing employees to electrical hazards.
