29 CFR 1910.119(l)(1): The employer did not establish or implement written procedures to manage changes to process chemicals, technology, equipment, and procedures, and changes to facilities that affect a covered process: At a worksite located at 1645 NW 550 Road, Kingsville, MO 64061: Employees are exposed to fire and explosion hazards. This was demonstrated on or about January 27, 2022, and at times prior to when employees were working with energetic materials at a small arms ammunition manufacturing facility. The employer did not have written procedures to manage changes to the covered processes. This included no procedures to account for changes prior to implementing any change.
