29 CFR 1910.1026(d)(1):The employer who has a workplace or work operation covered by this section did not determine the 8-hour TWA exposure for each employee exposed to chromium (VI) in accordance with either paragraph (d)(2) or paragraph (d)(3) of this section. (a) CJ TMI Manufacturing America, LLC : Maintenance Mechanics weld on stainless steel and the employer did not determine the 8-hour TWA exposure to hexavalent chromium for each employee, on and before 2/6/2022. NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
