29 CFR 1910.252(a)(2)(iii)(B): The employer did not ensure that assigned fire watchers had fire extinguisher equipment readily available and were trained in its use: a) Worksite was located at 2 Applegate Dr, Robbinsville Twp, NJ 08691 - Welders were exposed to fire hazards as fire extinguisher training had not been provided to all employees including those who would act as fire watch. Violation occurred on and before February 6, 2022. NOTE: THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
