29 CFR 1910.303(g)(2)(i): Live parts of electric equipment operating at 50 volts or more were not guarded against accidental contact by approved cabinets or other forms of approved enclosures, or other means listed under this provision: 5050 Kemper Ave, St. Louis, MO 63139: Employer is exposing employees to electrical hazards where the employees are permitted to operate electrical equipment which has exposed live parts. On and about 5/13/2021 employees operated a drill press connected to exposed live parts of a duplex outlet exposing the employees to electrical hazards.
