29 CFR 1926.1052(c)(1)(i): Stairways having four or more risers or rising more than 30 inches (76 cm), whichever is less, were not equipped with at least one handrail: a) Exterior stairway to front porch - Employees and other workers were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 3 feet while accessing the front porch utilizing a masonry stairway without any handrail, on or about 4/8/21.
