29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by a guardrail system, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, or an alternative fall protection measure that meets a provision described in paragraph (b) of this section. Jobsite - On or about April 2, 2021, employees installing shingles on a residential home under construction were not protected from falls of over 10 feet from the garage roof and 20 feet from the home roof where fall protection was not utilized.
