29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(6): The employer did not ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace was labeled, tagged, or marked with the identity and appropriate hazard warnings regarding the chemicals contained therein: The employer does not ensure that a tank used at the facility is properly labeled or marked to indicate the tanks contents and hazards. This violation was observed on or about March 24, 2016 at the facility, exposing employees to hazards associated with working with unknown chemicals. Pursuant to 29 CFR 1903.19, within ten (10) calendar days of the date of this citation, the employer must submit documentation describing the steps taken to ensure that all containers containing chemicals are properly labeled.
