29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(B):Flexible cords and cables may not be used where run through holes in walls, ceilings or floors: The employer does not ensure flexible cords are not ran through holes in structure walls, at the CM Trailers facility: b) This violation was observed on or about August 3, 2021, where a flexible cord to a floor fan was ran through a hole in the wall and plugged onto an outlet in an adjacent room, exposing employees to shock hazards Pursuant to 29 CFR 1903.19, within (10) calendar days of the date of this citation, the employer must submit documentation describing the steps taken to ensure flexible cords are not ran through holes in structure walls.
