29 CFR 1910.157(d)(2): Portable fire extinguishers for use on Class A fires were not distributed so that the travel distance for employees to any extinguisher is 75 feet or less: a) At building 308, in the production area, on or about November 24, 2020, the employer did not ensure class ABC fire extinguishers were distributed at intervals of 75 feet or less, thereby exposing employees to fire hazards. b) At building 610, throughout the facility, on or about November 24, 2020, the employer did not ensure class ABC fire extinguishers were distributed at intervals of 75 feet or less, thereby exposing employees to fire hazards.
