29 CFR 1910. 1200(e)(1): Employer did not develop, implement, and maintain at each work place, a written hazard communication program which at least describes how the criteria specified in paragraphs (f), (g), and (h) of this section for labels and other forms of warning: On or about August 20, 2020, and at times prior thereto, at a workplace located at 4529 JD Mouser Parkway, Alvarado, Texas; the employer did not ensure that a written hazard communication program with all the required elements was available at the workplace for employees using chemicals such as n-Butyl Acetate, Ethyl Alcohol, Acetone etc.
