29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1)(ii): The required working space about electrical equipment rated 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground, was used for storage: (a) Back Packing Area: Access to the electrical panel in the back packing room of the warehouse was blocked by two 55 gal drums filled with pieces of recyclable metal and a trash cart. The employer did not ensure that there was sufficient access to the circuit breaker panel, on or about 21 July, 2020.
