29 CFR 1910.303(f)(2): Each service, feeder, and branch circuit, at its disconnecting means or overcurrent device, was not legibly marked to indicate its purpose, nor located and arranged so the purpose was evident: The employer is failing to label breaker controls within a circuit breaker panels located in the truck maintenance garage, and the dry warehouse. This was most recently documented on or about February 20, 2020 at the Hiland Dairy plant located at 2901 Cuming Street, Omaha, NE 68131. Failing to label a breaker can lead to an issue in the event of a sudden need to open a circuit for emergency reasons (electrical fire, injury, etc.).
