29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(A): Flexible cords and/or cables were used as a substitute for the fixed wiring of a structure: (a) On or about 02/20/2020 - 260 Rainsville St NW, Rainsville, AL 35986, employees were exposed to electrical shock hazards because the flexible cord powering the outlet on the metal work table they used was wired from the power source, down the wall, through a crease in the concrete floor, across the floor, and up to a power receptacle on the metal table.
