29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(13): The top or top step of a stepladder shall not be used as a step. a) Jobsite located at 3200 Capri Drive, Philadelphia, PA: Employees were standing on the top step of a self-supporting ladder while conducting framing activities. This condition exposed the employee to a fall hazard of approximately 7 feet. Condition was observed on or about 12 FEB 2020.
