29 CFR 1910.303(b)(7)(i): Unused opening in electrical cabinets were not effectively closed provide substantially equivalent protection to the equipment: Building 1327, 2nd Floor Tire Storage Room: The electrical switchbox attached to the HVAC unit on the North wall had a missing knock out on the metal housing. Employees pulled tires off racks in this aisle and passed by the electrical hazards to exit the narrow aisle way. Employees were exposed to electrical hazards.
