29 CFR 1910.178(n)(4): Drivers were not required to slow down and sound the horn at cross aisles and other locations where vision is obstructed: On or about 9/11/2019, throughout the warehouse where the employer failed to enforce the use of horns, workers were observed not sounding their horns while operating powered industrial trucks at times including but not limited to exiting and entering aisles with blocked views at the ends from stacked pallets, exposing foot and pedestrian traffic to struck-by and crushing hazards.
