29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1): Employees were not provided effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard that the employees had not been previously trained about was introduced into their work area: 7605 St. Charles Rock Road, Belnor: Employer is exposing employees to chemical hazards. The employer does not provide training and information to employees who work with hazardous chemicals, such as, but not limited to, motor oil, herbicides, and gasoline in the work place. On 07/23/2019 it was determined that employees who had hazardous chemicals in their workplace were not provided the required training and information.
