29 CFR 1926.62(e)(2)(i): The employer did not establish and implement a written compliance program to achieve compliance with 29 CFR 1926.62(c) prior to commencement of the job: a) 306 Martin Luther King Blvd., Newark, NJ The employer did not establish and implement a written lead compliance program for employees performing manual cleaning, scrapping and demolition of interior walls and ceilings where lead containing paint was present. On 5/6/19, employees performing interior manual demolition were exposed to lead at 65.0 ug/m3, 86.6 ug/m3 and 297 ug/m3 as an 8- hour Time Weighted Average (TWA), exceeding the Permissible Exposure Limit (PEL) of 50 ug/m3 by 1.3, 1.7 and 5.9 times, respectively. Zero exposure was assumed for unsampled periods of 271 minutes, 152 minutes and 139 minutes, respectively. Condition occurred on or about 5/6/19
