29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv): Flexible cords and cables were used for purposes prohibited by subparagraphs (a) through (f) of this paragraph. MAIN LAB: On or about and at times prior to April 25, 2019: 1. Green and orange extension cords were used to energize equipment routinely used in the Surfacing Area of the Main Lab. 2. In the Lens Tinting Area, an extension cord was used to energize two serially connected relocatable power taps.
