29 CFR 1910.178(n)(4): Industrial truck driver(s) were not required to travel with the load trailing whenever the load obstructed forward view: a) Warehouse dock area- On or about April 25,2019, and at times prior, employees operating forklifts had the field of view blocked by the load of pallets. b) Warehouse picking area- On or about April 25, 2019, and at times prior, employees operating forklifts picking up boxes had the view blocked by the load and drove forward with the filed of view blocked. c) Warehouse dock area- On or about April 25, 2019, and at times prior, employees operating forklifts loading boxes had the field of view blocked by the load and drove forward with the field of view blocked. d) Warehouse dock area- On or about April 25, 2019, and at times prior, employees operating forklifts loading boxes had the field of view blocked and did not used the horn.
