29 CFR 1910.252(b)(2)(iii): Workers and other persons adjacent to the welding area were not required to wear appropriate goggles, to protect them from the rays when noncombustible or flameproof screens or shields were not used: At 919 W. Liberty Street, Mexico, Missouri, specifically inside of the Welding Shop, there was one, flameproof screen provided for three separate areas where the hot work was being performed. Employees not performing hot work within the shop were not provided with suitable eye protection. This violation was noted on 10/12/18.
