Section 5(a)(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970: The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which was free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed a fall hazard: On or about August 8, 2018, at the Die cutting department of Nupress of Miami Inc., 2050 NW 94th Ave, Doral, FL. An employee was exposed to a fall hazard when performing cleaning operations while using a wood platform which was not secured to the forks and/or mast of a powered industrial truck.
