29 CFR 1910.335(b)(2): Barricades were not used in conjunction with safety signs where it was necessary to prevent or limit employee access to work areas in which employees were exposed to uninsulated energized conductors or circuit parts: The employer is failing to protect unauthorized employees from electrical hazards while electrical maintenance is being performed on equipment. This was most recently documented on or about 03/09/2018, at CABKA North America Inc., located at 123 Byassee Drive, Hazelwood, MO, work was being performed with the equipment energized and without the hazard zone being barricaded.
