29 CFR 1910.269(v)(5)(ii): The employer did not maintain guarding of energized parts within a compartment during operation and maintenance functions to prevent accidental contact with energized parts and to prevent dropped tools or other equipment from contacting energized parts. Tesla, Inc., MV Meter Center, Hampshire College, 893 West St., Amherst, Massachusetts; On or about December 29, 2017 the employer did not maintain guarding of energized parts while the employee entered to take pictures with his cell phone, to prevent accidental contact with energized parts.
