29 CFR 1910.303(f)(2): Each service, feeder, and branch circuit, at its disconnecting means or overcurrent device, was not legibly marked to indicate its purpose, nor located and arranged so the purpose was evident: On or about November 7, 2017 the employer failed to ensure that multiple electrical feeder and/or branch circuit boxes located at the Hostess Building section, by the spray booth, were marked indicating the proper voltage and purpose of each unit. Employees access the panel boxes daily that are rated between 120 volts and 208 volts.
