29 CFR 1910.305(d)(2): Panelboards were not mounted in cabinets, cutout boxes, or enclosures designed for the purpose and/or were not dead front: a) At 2307 US Hwy 31S, Bay Minette, AL: On or about September 19, 2017, the employer the employer exposed employees to electrical hazards in that employees were allowed to operate breakers mounted in a cabinet with the front cover removed and was not dead front exposing live unguarded 120/220 volts AC electrical parts.
