29 CFR 1910.178(a)(6): The employer did not ensure that all nameplates and markings were in place and illegible: a) Facility located at 360 Lambs Road, Sewell NJ, Warehouse/Production: A Komatsu lift was missing one of the manufacturers plates and the other plate was illegible, on or about 9/19/2017. NOTE: THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION FOR THIS ITEM, FAILURE TO DO SO WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 AS PER 29 CFR 1903.19.
