29 CFR 1910.303(b)(1): Electrical equipment was not free from recognized hazards that were likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees: a) In the cutting area, employees used a Makita panel saw that had cuts and tears along the power cord, with the internal wires visible, exposing employees to electrical shock hazards. b) In the applicator area, an electrical outlet was damaged and had wires hanging out, exposing employees to electrical shock hazards.
