29 CFR 1910.213(a)(12): The portion of circular saw(s) beneath or behind the table, where there was a possibility of contact with the saw, was not covered with a guard or exhaust hood. On 6/15/17, at the Winder facility, circular saws used in production were not guarded to prevent contact with the blade. On 6/9/17 an employee incurred an amputation and lacerations after coming into contact with the blade on the T4 trim saw.
