29 CFR 1926.1207(a): The employer did not provide training to each employee whose work is regulated by this standard, at no cost to the employee, and did not ensure that the employee possessed the understanding, knowledge, and skills necessary for the safe performance of duties assigned under this standard: (a) Corner of 7th and South Street located in Petal, MS - On or about June 13, 2017 employees performed work inside the sewer waste water lift station, however training had not been provided before initial work assignment in the following: (a) Identity of permit required confined spaces (b) Permit systems (c) Testing (d) Duties of authorized entrants, attendants, entry supervisor (e) Rescue and emergency services
