On 5/2/17, at the Buford job site, employees were exposed to amputation hazards from points of operation on various machines as the areas were not adequately guarded. Instances include: a - Stamtec Press - light curtains did not guard the point of operation b - Platina Press (3 press stations) - 2-hand controls did not provide point of operation guarding to employees
