29 CFR 1910.305(b)(1)(ii): Unused openings in boxes, cabinets, or fittings were not effectively closed: On or about April 20, 2017 at 63 Pierce Rd, Winder GA 30680: a) The panel box used to power equipment in Building D including but not limited to, vacuums, steam cleaners, and a heater had unused breaker openings that were not filled. Employees using the panel to operate the building lighting were exposed to electric shock.
