29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(A): Flexible cords and/or cables were used as a substitute for the fixed wiring of a structure: (a) 2nd Floor assembly area Flexible wiring was used to provide power from emergency exit sign to overhead fluorescent lights, Dewalt miter saw and microwave. Condition observed on or about 3/23/2017 b) First floor assembly area Flexible wiring was used to provide power from overhead conduit box to power strip which was used to operate wrapping machine (#113121221), battery chargers and router. Condition observed on or about 3/23/2017 c) 3rd floor assembly area Flexible wiring was used to provide power to overhead lights and extension cords which were used to power wrapping machine and power strip.
