29 CFR 1910.219(c)(4)(i): Unguarded projecting shaft end(s) did not present a smooth edge and end and projected more than one half the diameter of the shaft. On 3/13/17, in the Oakwood production area, the motor shaft end at Pellet Mill #2 was left unguarded. The 2 inch shaft projected 4.6 inches.
