29 CFR 1910.1025(j)(1)(i): 29 CFR 1910.1025(j)(1)(i): The employer did not institute a medical surveillance program for all employees who are or may be exposed at or above the action level for more than 30 days per year: Lead Wave Solder Area; On or about 3/22/17, the employer had not provided medical surveillance to employees performing tasks that may be exposed at or above the action level. An employee working on the lead wave solder machine was exposed to an 8-hr TWA of 0.2711 mg/m3 of lead, which is 5.4 times the PEL.
